ABOUT ME
There was a time in my life when silence felt safer than speaking — when survival meant shrinking myself just to make it through the day. That experience shaped me. And it’s the reason I now hold space for women and communities who are navigating their own journeys through trauma, healing, and growth.
I’m currently earning my Master’s in Health Administration, building on years of experience in advocacy, community work, and trauma-informed care — including my role as a Community Liaison at HAVEN, Michigan’s largest domestic violence nonprofit. But what truly informs my work is lived experience. As a survivor, I understand that healing isn’t linear — it’s layered, emotional, and often hard to put into words.
That’s why I speak and consult on the phases of abuse, protective orders, emotional recovery, and creating safer spaces — whether in peer groups, workshops, or organizational trainings. I’ve written two books and a journaling workbook: Invisible Soul, a reflection on surviving narcissistic abuse, Petals of Power, an affirmations journal for those reclaiming their voice and sense of self, and a journaling working to help process, reflect, and heal from traumatic experiences.
Whether I’m sitting with you or speaking to a room full of professionals, my goal is always the same: to bring empathy, honesty, and practical insight to conversations that are too often avoided — and to remind people that healing is not only possible, but deeply powerful.
