One in three women experience domestic violence - I am here to change that.

One in three women experiences domestic violence—and as an industrial and organizational psychology expert who has chosen to thrive rather than merely survive, I’m committed to changing that. Through strategic corporate partnerships, confidential peer support groups, and transformative wellness workshops, we will break the cycle, rebuild resilience, and create safer, more empowering environments for all women.ake a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

Services

One in three women will experience violence at the hands of an intimate partner. I am one of them — and I refuse to be silent about it.

My work is for the countless women who were controlled, criticized, isolated, financially restricted, gaslit, intimidated, and told they were “too much” or “not enough.” For the women whose confidence was slowly dismantled. For the women who were made to feel small in their own homes. For the women who survived what no one saw.

Through my book Invisible Soul: Surviving a Narcissist and my journaling workbook Petals of Power, I speak plainly about power and control — about jealousy masked as love, money used as leverage, silence used as punishment, and fear used as dominance. I do not soften the truth. I help women name it, confront it, and rise beyond it.

As a keynote speaker and consultant, I challenge institutions — healthcare systems, legal agencies, universities, and leadership teams — to stop treating intimate partner violence as a private issue and start recognizing it as a public health crisis. I partner with leaders who are ready to build cultures rooted in safety, accountability, and real support for survivors.

I am currently earning my Master’s in Health Administration because healing is not only personal — it is systemic. Communities deserve service lines, policies, and protections that reflect the realities women face every day.

Private Peer Groups

We understand the importance of safe, judgment-free spaces for those navigating the aftermath of domestic violence. Our anonymous peer support groups provide real-time emotional support and connection for teenage girls and women who have experienced abuse.

Wellness Workshops

Each month, we host invite-only wellness workshops designed to provide a secure, private space where survivors can unpack, process, and begin to heal. By limiting attendance to invited guests, we ensure confidentiality and foster a trusting environment where you can explore your journey at your own pace. Join us for our next workshop and take the first step toward renewed strength and resilience.
